We help our partners to better understand the waste streams processed, and we evaluate waste in terms of recyclability and optimal outputs. We undertake analyses of the general and elementary composition of the waste and plan silo disposition for optimal management. We also conducting trials on an industrial scale at our own feedstock to determine outputs and operational efficiency.
We operate a command centre and based on proprietary software and continuous monitoring we optimise operational efficiency and quality of output. We use 100s of sensors and cameras to monitor the installations around the world. We also inspect installations and service them on a monthly basis.
Our technology produces clean petrochemical blends from even some of the most heavily contaminated plastics, bridging a major advance in the plastic lifecycle. Process conditions are varied to produce naphtha, middle distillates, and carbon black in yields which depend on feedstock synthesis and quality.
