We are flexible and open to discussing different business models with interested parties in order to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. These models may include direct plant sales, strategic partnerships, or co-investment structures. Plant sales may be structured as one-time projects or multi-year commercial agreements. In co-investment structures, Thermolysis contributes the technology platform while partners support additional investment and operational aspects through joint venture collaborations.
We provide comprehensive support services throughout the study, installation, commissioning, and operational phases of each project. We assist our partners in understanding the characteristics of processed waste streams and evaluating recyclability and optimal product output potential. We perform analyses of the general and elemental composition of waste streams and optimize silo configuration for efficient feedstock management. We also conduct industrial-scale trials using representative feedstocks to evaluate product outputs and operational efficiency.
We operate a centralized command center where proprietary software and continuous monitoring systems are used to optimize operational efficiency and product quality. Hundreds of sensors and monitoring systems are utilized to supervise installations operating worldwide. We also perform regular inspections and maintenance services on a scheduled monthly basis.
Our technology is designed to produce high-quality petrochemical blends from even heavily contaminated plastic waste streams, representing an important advancement in plastic lifecycle management. Process conditions can be adjusted to produce naphtha-range products, middle distillates, and carbon black, with yields depending on feedstock composition and quality.
Our partners benefit from several strategic and operational advantages:
