Our technology converts this mixed waste back into a valuable resource. With our recycling technology, we process mixed plastic waste, almost without producing CO2, into high-quality product, which can even be used in chemical and oil industries. We have a technologies of the future andgiven its modular stracture it may meet the varying needs of multiple customers in the industry and municipal institutions.

From waste to economic value
We produce an efficient solution using a tried and tested technology that will help reduce the effects of plastic pollution waste at the same time as providing lucrative investment and new business opportunities. Using a proven technology our Thermolysis plants may take plastic waste and return it to its natural state. This may be used to produce plastic again, to power incinerators and furnaces, to fuel heavy plant construction vehicles and marine vessels and to mix it with natural oil before its distillation to become transport fuel.

An established technology, a new solution
Our technology is based on a process so-called pyrolysis, which we elaborated in a novel manner. Pyrolysis is a common and established method for the thermal degradation of plastic waste at high temperatures (300–500°C), in the absence of oxygen, to produce liquid oil. Through multiple years of development and innovation, we have developed this method in our Thermolysis plant in multiple ways, to increase accessibility, product quality, energy consumption, CO2 footprint and costs.

We have developed a low cost and environmentally responsible solution that will bring great opportunities and benefits to the entire chain involved in producing and recycling plastic from manufacturers, local authorities, and the waste and recycling industries themselves. As a technological pioneer in recycling, we want to ensure that less plastic waste pollutes our environment. Our developed technological combination of mechanical and chemical processes aims to close the plastic cycle and thus achieve the goals of a sustainable circular economy.

An economical recycling system
The biggest challenge in processing mixed plastic waste is the size of the required investment, its operational expenditure, and therefore its economic efficiency. Our technology recycles plastics in a patented proprietary efficient closed production cycle process, characterized by automation, high yield, low energy consumption, and negligent CO2 emission. Thus, whilst environmentally friendly, our technology delivers return on investment.

High-quality oil produced for industry and trade
The main product produced from our technology is recycled carbon oil. The high-quality, low-sulphur, product oil produced may be used for plastics production and as be reused again for numerous industrial applications It may also be used as a raw material to produce fuel in the energy and transportation business. There are multipel incentives prvided for teh use of green chemiclas and fuels in the associated industries. The purchasing of the raw material produced by our facilities is ensured by numerous efineries and chemical companies worldwide.
